Originally published September 20, 1990 in Angelo State Univesity's Ram Page during the height of Saddam Hussein's Invasion of Kuwait. This was my first attempt at Political Cartooning. Actually, that is not true. My first political cartoon was drawn in Middle School. I was awarded a Journalism award by the UIL for best political cartoon.
